• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule

2.  Conducting employee onboarding and help plan training & development
3.  Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems.
4.  Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
5.  Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.

-  Proven experience of 2-3 years minimum 2 years in Talent Acquisition.
-  Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
-   Graduate/MBA in relevant field
-   Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
-   Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus
-   Excellent communication and people skills
-   Aptitude in problem-solving
